Commercial investing includes blocks of flats, hotels, guest houses, farm land, warehouses, garages, medical centres, parking spaces, strip malls, parking lots, storage units, warehouses, hospitals, billboards, amongst others.

OFFSHORE


Offshore investing is a specialist form of investing which takes investors to overseas markets with rand hedging opportunities. The core process and fundamentals of property investing remains the same but the country or destination of investment takes understanding markets, different properties, tax laws, and legal processes, to be a successful offshore investor.
